Mevlana Değişim Programı
Before leaving our University, there are a few things you need to do. This page is meant as a reminder of these small duties you shouldn't forget to carry out!
STUDENT CARD:
You need to give the Student ID Card back to Mevlana Office at the end of your study period.
LIBRARY FORM:
This form confirms that you have returned all the books you have borrowed. Please download the Library Form and after filling it go to the Main Library at Terzioglu Campus to get it signed. This procedure should be done although you do not borrow books from the Library.
CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE:
This document will be prepared by Mevlana Office. This certificate displays the dates of your period of study exchange in Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University, showing either your arrival and departure.
ECTS TRANSCRIPT:
ECTS Transcript includes the courses you have taken, your grades and ECTS credits. Please contact your Departmental Coordinator who will download ECTS Transcript Form, complete and print 2 copies, sign it and give it to you.
(If your grades are not ready before your departure, your transcript will be sent to your home university by post as soon as it is ready.)
